Zach is an action sports and fine art photographer using both digital and 35mm film formats. He also specializes in video production, cinematography and film editing.

Currently Zach collects marketing content for Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort in California.

Previously, he worked as the production lead for the series “Brief But Spectacular,” for which he earned an Emmy nomination. Zach was the primary cinematographer and editor for more than 250 episodes of the show from 2015-2019, which continues to air weekly on the PBS NewsHour. Additionally, he edited the feature film “Remember Me,” starring Rita Moreno, which won the Audience Award at Cinequest Film Festival.

Zach graduated from UC Davis with degrees in Spanish and Studio Art. An Oakland, CA native, Zach spends his time guiding trips in the cycling and skiing industries when he’s not filming or taking photographs.
